Julius Baer Global Young Partners Reunion

For Julius Baer’s Global Young Partners Reunion at the W Hotel in Bangkok, the event team needed an accurate visualisation of the venue before build-out to support planning, approvals and production.

Working from 2D photographs and on-site measurements, I reconstructed the space in Blender. I modelled the room architecture together with the proposed furniture, planting and event equipment, balancing visual realism with the practical accuracy required to assess layouts and communicate the intended experience.

The completed 3D environment gave the client a clear view of the proposed venue before installation and became a useful reference during setup. It helped align stakeholders around the approved design intent and reduced the gap between initial concepts, production decisions and the finished live environment.
